Getting to Bournemouth
Recommended airports for delegates travelling to Bournemouth include:

National Express coach services operate from many UK airports to Bournemouth. Delegates arriving through Southampton Airport may also travel to Bournemouth by train.
Travelling Between Bournemouth Town Centre and Campus
There are several regular bus services from Bournemouth town centre to Bournemouth University’s Talbot Campus.
Complimentary bus vouchers are expected to be provided for delegates for the duration of the conference.
A dedicated U1 bus is expected to leave each day at 8:30 AM from The Cumberland Hotel for Bournemouth University’s Talbot Campus.
Delegates staying at the recommended conference hotels should plan to use the daily bus service or other local transport options to reach campus.
Parking
There is parking allocated at the campus and is charged £6 per day.
Delegates are encouraged to use public transportation, hotel shuttle arrangements, local buses, or taxis wherever possible.
Running to Campus
Delegates who enjoy running may wish to travel to campus on foot.
The distance from The Cumberland Hotel to Bournemouth University Talbot Campus, BH12 5BB is approximately 2.7 miles, or 4.4 kilometres.
Changing facilities are expected to be available on campus.

Bournemouth offers a wide range of accommodation options across different styles, tastes, and budgets.
Special conference rates have been negotiated with Oceana Hotels. These hotels are located on the seafront and clustered together to support easy movement between accommodation, social events, and conference transportation.
The hotels are also close to Bournemouth University’s Lansdowne Campus, where delegates can access transport to Talbot Campus. The U1 bus is expected to leave daily at 8:30 AM to serve delegates staying in this hotel area.

Hotel Terms and Conditions
Rates are valid from March 30 to April 3, 2027.
A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Payment should be made upon arrival at the hotel or in advance.
Bookings may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If a guest does not arrive, or if cancellation is received after 3:00 PM within 24 hours of arrival, a 100 percent cancellation charge will apply.
