Longwoods International, a leader in tourism market research since 1978, is seeking a Project Manager to join its research team. This mid-level role is ideal for a research professional who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and project execution.

Working closely with senior leadership and a team of experienced researchers, the Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that support destination marketing organizations and tourism stakeholders across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple studies
  • Support end-to-end research execution, from survey design through reporting
  • Author and refine survey questionnaires aligned with client objectives
  • Conduct quality control across datasets, analyses, and final reports
  • Perform quantitative analysis and contribute to data visualization
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in tourism, market research, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of research design, statistics, and data visualization
  • Experience managing research projects and timelines
  • Familiarity with tools such as Displayr, Excel, and project management platforms

Work Environment

  • Full-time position
  • Hybrid, minimum three days in-office
  • Location, Columbus, Ohio
  • U.S. work authorization required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience
