Emerging Leaders is coming back to TTRA – and we want you to be part of it!
As Second Vice President and Chair of the Membership Committee, I’m excited to share the return of one of TTRA’s most beloved programs: Emerging Leaders.
This isn’t just a relaunch – it’s a re-imagining. We’re building a fresh, inspiring, and meaningful experience that truly supports today’s early-career members. To do that, we’re assembling an Emerging Leaders Subcommittee made up of enthusiastic academic and practitioner volunteers.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking TTRA members who:
- Are 30 or under and/or have five or fewer years in the travel and tourism industry
- Are active at conferences and at the international and/or chapter level
- Plan to join us at the 2026 Marketing Outlook Forum and/or Annual International Conference
- Know and love TTRA and want to help newcomers feel at home
- Have ideas about how we can better welcome, support, and engage new members
This is a fantastic opportunity to give back, help shape the future of TTRA, and create experiences and traditions that strengthen our community.
