The Travel and Tourism Research Association (TTRA) is proud to announce the results of its 2025–2026 International Board of Directors election.
This year’s slate reflects the strength and diversity of our global community, uniting thought leaders from across academia, destination organizations, and the private sector. These individuals will help advance TTRA’s mission to foster collaboration, innovation, and data-driven insight in the travel and tourism industry.
We’re excited to introduce the newly elected and appointed members of the TTRA International Board of Directors, who will begin their terms in July 2025. Each brings a unique perspective and deep expertise that enriches our collective work and vision.
Re-elected for a Second Term:
- Jeff Dalley – Tourism Insight Ltd. (APAC Chapter)
- Michel Dubreuil – Destination Canada (Canada Chapter)
Appointed to Extend Term for Governance Alignment:
- Kimberly Vince-Cruz – Future Partners (GWTTRA Chapter)
To align with TTRA bylaws and ensure consistent Board rotation, Kimberly Vince-Cruz has been appointed to serve an additional year. Kimberly, Chief Operations Officer at Future Partners, brings over 15 years of experience in tourism and hospitality market research and continues to be a vital leader in the industry and within TTRA.
Elected to Serve First Term:
- Chris Klauda – STR/CoStar (SETTRA Chapter)
Chris has long been engaged with TTRA and brings a strong commitment to knowledge-sharing and strategic insight.
Appointed to Fill a One-Year Vacancy:
- Dr. Bing Pan – Penn State University (NETTRA Chapter)
With Anna Blount transitioning into the Second Vice President role, her board seat has opened with one year remaining. The Nominating Committee unanimously recommends Dr. Bing Pan to fill this vacancy. His leadership in launching the NETTRA chapter and advancing academic-industry collaboration will strengthen our board’s diversity and global reach.
Continuing Leadership:
- Anna Blount – DATAFY (SETTRA Chapter)
Now serving as Second Vice President, Anna will continue progressing through TTRA’s officer leadership structure.
These appointments reflect TTRA’s commitment to balanced representation across academia, vendors, and practitioners, and to shaping a board that reflects our international and inclusive values.
