Presenters:

Dr. Robert Li
Conference Chair – Professor and Director, School of Hotel and Tourism Management, CUHK Business School, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. As Conference Chair, Robert provides strategic leadership for the overall program and theme, shaping a rich agenda that unites research and practice. 

Anna Blount
Practitioner Chair – Vice President of Marketing and Research, Datafy. In her role as Practitioner Chair, Anna champions the practitioner voice within the program and helps ensure the conference reflects real-world insights and industry needs. 

Dr. Lu Lu
Academic Program Co-Chair – Associate Professor and Director of International Partnerships, School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality, Temple University. Lu co-leads the academic track, guiding session topics and scholarly contributions that advance theory and practice. 

Heath Dillard – President and CEO, VisitGreenvilleSC
Conference Contributor and Host City Engagement Lead – Heath will share local destination perspectives and insights on how Greenville is partnering with TTRA to bring the conference theme to life in the host city context.
