Longwoods International has an opening for a Coordinator, Client Projects to join our team. This role reports to the Manager, Engagement, and collaborates closely with the entire Client-facing team. The primary focus for this position is to provide administrative and project support to the Client Engagement team. The Coordinator will support the team through tasks such as updating internal customer relationship, content, and project management systems, ensuring project deliverables are met, interacting with clients, and other duties as assigned. This position will coordinate with the Longwoods International Production team to ensure client deliverables and requirements are met and on schedule. The ideal candidate will be open to further developing their client management skillset and will have at least basic understanding of both market research and the travel & tourism industry.

  • Minimum of two to three years of working in client support/account management team(s) and or two to three years of working in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce, and possess the ability to quickly learn new software tools (proficiency in Wrike a plus).
  • Demonstrated capability of effectively working with remote team members.
  • Qualitative research experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree (required)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Passion for working with clients and a desire to deeply understand their needs, benefits, and use cases to grow client relationships.
  • Quick learner with the ability to proactively initiate and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong internal and external communications and customer service skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Ability to listen effectively, engage, and support ongoing team collaboration.
  • Ability to visually project confidence and professionalism for both videoconferencing and in-person meetings.
