Jeremy Fairley, Ph.D., is a highly experienced tourism marketing professional with over 15 years of industry experience. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida, Rosen College of Hospitality & Tourism Management. His research interest focused primarily on destination marketing & management and organizational success in not-for-profit organizations.

In his current role, Jeremy serves as a Senior Partner for Customer Success at Adara, a Rategain Company. He leads a team of experts in delivering exceptional results for clients across the travel and tourism industry, focusing specifically on campaign ROI. In this role, he/she is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, drive bookings revenue growth, and enhance the brand reputation for Adara clients.

Before joining Adara, Jeremy held various leadership positions in destination marketing and management with Visit Tampa Bay, Destinations International, aRes, Threshold 360 and Bandwango.

Jessica Frahm is the Arkansas Tourism Account Manager at CJRW and has previously worked at Arkansas Tourism as the Marketing and Research Manager. In her role, she provides strategic guidance on branding, advertising campaign development, web design, audience segmenting, market activation and research initiatives for tourism clients. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and finding solutions to help them and their organizations excel. She has a degree in marketing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and brings more than a decade of marketing experience to CJRW. When she’s not working, she enjoys being outside — hiking, camping, canoeing, rock climbing, SUPing or just swinging in a hammock.

Eddie Kirsch has worked in destination organizations for 12 years with a background in data-focused digital marketing. He is the Director of Digital and Data for Visit St. Pete-Clearwater and previously worked with Visit Big Bear and Visit Sarasota, but his favorite role is father to his children Rylen and Cooper.
