We are a small company.
Our core product is a market intelligence, insights and trends report subscription service which collates the best publicly available research on key topics for our industry in the areas of marketing, innovation, customer service and product development. Our aim is to deliver insights that are accessible and provide guidance on what decisions you need to take as a result.
In our PR strategy, our focus is to give priority to raising awareness of our subscription service in a global market with particular focus on the USA, Australia, and New Zealand over the next 2 years.
Besides our subscription-based market research services, we offer other travel research related services.
We also have two evidence-based marketing products: Our Tourism Marketing Plan Blueprint (designed to equip destinations with the frameworks and insights that makes marketing and planning easy) and our 5-step tourism marketing system (designed for small businesses and destinations to give them practical tools to improve their digital marketing).
We also spot gaps in the market and crowdsource funding to deliver insight on topics such as seniors travel, the Chinese travel trade, Visiting Friends and Relatives travel and others.
We also conduct bespoke commissioned-based research on selected topics such as branding, visitor servicing, and new products.
You can find out more about us at www.mytravelresearch.com. The successful agency will be given full access to our products.
PR is at the heart of our marketing strategy which uses content marketing to build our reputation, drive our SEO (we are generally 1st on Google for travel research in Australia and on the front page elsewhere) and ensure our business development is talking to an informed audience who will be receptive to our sales message because they recognise that we offer industry-leading products at reasonable prices.
