All the fees listed underneath include: attendance to all the conference sessions, keynote speeches and round-tables; proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners and the social program on Wednesday afternoon.
The “accompanying person” fee includes the lunches on campus on Tuesday and Wednesday and the Tuesday night diner only.

Keynote Speakers:
Dr Xavier Font is professor of Sustainability Marketing at the University of Surrey, and Professor II at the University of the Arctic in Norway. He has supervised 20 PhDs to completion. He is the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Sustainable Tourism. He researches and develops methods of sustainable tourism production and consumption. He has conducted over 200 courses for more than 5,000 businesses on how to market and communicate sustainability. He currently serves as advisor in Prince Harry’s Travalyst coalition of Amadeus, Booking, Google, Expedia, Skyscanner, Travelport, Trip, Tripadvisor and Visa. He is currently the Principal Investigator for the University of Surrey for the €23m Interreg project Experience to develop low season sustainable tourism visitor experiences in the UK and France.
Olivier Henry-Biabaud founded TCI Research in 2010 after 20+ years of experience in market research in global companies. TCI Research -a leading Brussels-based travel Intelligence Agency, sets global standards for measuring the pulse of sustainable and competitive destinations with a focus on visitor satisfaction, resident sentiment and destination brand reputation. Olivier was awarded by UNWTO in 2011 for its research program TRAVELSAT and has worked for 100+ destinations and travel brands worldwide, providing visitor economy players with insights using smart combination of surveys and social data analytics. Olivier is also President of the TTRA Europe Chapter.
Jennifer Iduh is currently Head of Research and Development at the European Travel Commission (ETC), a non-profit organization responsible for the promotion of Europe as a tourist destination. Jennifer is responsible for research and reporting into different source markets, the identification of key trends and opportunities for the sustainable development of European tourism and research in the field of sustainability and data driven tourism decision-making. Jennifer is also in charge of research activities linked to the European Commission (EC) and other organisations such as the World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO), and the European Tourism Association (ETOA).
Emilio Jose Ines Villar is Director of Destinations at Transparent Intelligence, subsidiary company of OTA Insight that understands and monitors globally the impact of the vacation rental segment. With over 15 years of international experience in market research and real-time analytics for the travel industry, his career path is strongly linked to destinations globally. His professional background is also linked to innovative companies such as ForwardKeys and Euromonitor International. He holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the Centro Politecnico Superior of Zaragoza (Spain) and an MBA from the University of Hull (United Kingdom)
Frédéric DIMANCHE, Ph.D., is Professor and Director of the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, Canada. A member of the International Academy for the Study of Tourism, he previously worked in New Orleans (USA) and in Nice (France).
Patrick Legohérel is Professor at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management (ESTHUA), and member of the GRANEM Research Department, University of Angers, France. His work has appeared both in Tourism & Hospitality, and in Marketing journals. He serves on the editorial boards of several academic journals.
Cordula RIEDEL is the new managing director of Destination Dijon (Dijon Métropole Tourist Office). Cordula began her career in the luxury hotel industry and has already held various positions in institutional tourism promotion bodies in France: Amiens Métropole Tourist Office and Congress, Biarritz Tourism, Strasbourg. Cordula is a professional in MICE and tourism development and she will work on the opening of a new visitor bureau in the international gastronomy and wine complex and aims to develop further business tourism in Dijon.
Santiago Rodriguez PhD in Tourism, specialized in “Enhancing local tourism stakeholders for international market access in the perspective of sustainable development”. Santiago is Vice President of Tourism Research and Strategy at Herrmann Global Inc, where he contributes to the conception and implementation of data-driven strategies and tools to empower destination managers and host communities. He is also co-founder and mentor of the Inter-University Platform for Research-based Education, Innovation and Transfer to promote Tourism as a means of sustainable development (www.preit-tour.org), an Ecuadorian-Belgian initiative. His professional background has provided Santiago with a deep and balanced vision of the academic, commercial and public management aspects of tourism. He is a true international citizen. Originally from Ecuador, Santiago currently lives in Germany, from where he pursues his passion together with partners from North America, Latin America and Europe: creating international links to foster sustainable development through data-driven tourism management.
