Sponsor Screens at the Conference Venue
In line with the conference theme of a shifting world, we’ve shifted how we promote our sponsors. As soon as people ascend the escalator to the conference floor, they are presented with a light wall that divides the foyer. It incorporates screens that will be used to promote our sponsors. A limited number will be available for the use of our Platinum Sponsors – first in, first served. This will enhance the awareness of your organization compared to more static presentations and really allow Platinum Sponsors to stand out.
Extend the Direct Benefit via Superior Client Meeting Spaces
One of the greatest problems with ‘standard’ conference spaces is that the opportunities for one on one or personalized meetings is limited. The Conference Venue (Grand Hyatt Hotel, Melbourne) has an intimate Library on the Ground Floor which can be used for informal meetings with clients. This space will be available to all sponsors.

Media Sponsor
If an accredited media organization sponsors the conference at the Platinum level, they will have access to our Keynote speakers for exclusive interviews. They are both highly regarded and respected in their fields, and rarely does one organization obtain such access. There is also the opportunity to Chair a discussion between the Keynotes.
Welcome to Country
Welcome to Country is a moving and uniquely Australian component of our meetings that brings alive the ‘sense of place’ for a conference like no other. We are welcomed to the land we meet on by the Traditional Owners and often includes a cultural element. By supporting local Indigenous leaders who will provide a welcome to their country at the Cocktail Function, you will be part of a unique aspect of Australian culture. This is a Bronze sponsorship, with 50% going directly to the Indigenous community. This is separate from sponsoring the Reception and will have a high impact due to the nature of the Welcome to Country.
Focus Groups
We are happy to facilitate up to three focus groups (of up to 12 people in each) for three sponsors/exhibitors (one focus group each) who may be interested in conducting research on Australia consumers. This is a Gold Level sponsorship. The facilities will be available for up to two hours each. Exhibitors will also be able to utilize this for an additional cost, bringing you up to the same level as the Gold Sponsorship, providing you with all the benefits of Gold Sponsor. Video-recording equipment will be available at an additional cost.
